At Stone Forest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all protective materials included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, securely attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
