Large items are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure safety. We offer standard curbside delivery as well as White Glove delivery options, which include room-of-choice placement and packaging removal.

Yes, we offer bespoke customization for many of our product lines. Please contact our design team with your specific requirements for a personalized quote and lead time estimate.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most standard items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
