This fountain is carved from a solid natural basalt column. The exterior is naturally weathered from thousands of years of environmental exposure. Polished areas give a striking contrast to the natural crust of the stone. Pictured is an example of this one-of-a-kind fountain.
Please note that due to the natural weathering of the stone over millions of years, you may experience some minimal spalling or flaking off of small pieces of the natural facets. Our basalt material has some non-structural inclusions that appear as thin white lines in the natural material.
